Hi, I'm Eloah.

I’m a big introvert and a Professional Communication Coach, with a career that transitioned from high-stakes negotiations at a Fortune-ranked company to building connection where it that matters most.

 

I used to think human connection was somewhat anaemic, a secondary subject compared to streamlined processes and measurable results.

And over the last 12 years, I've come to realize that the ability to lead with presence, trust and authentic communication is the foundation of every successful team.

I cannot begin to tell you how much that sentence used to set me off. As if I wasn't already working hard. As if I had to push even harder. As if I weren't already capable.
